EMT Reporting — Terms of Service

These terms govern the operation and use of the EMT Reporting application (“the App”), an internal data application operated by Elite Media Team (elitemediateam.com) for the purpose of producing performance reporting on advertising campaigns the agency manages on behalf of its clients.

1. Description of the application

The App is an internal, server-side application that:

Reads aggregate ad performance data from the Meta Marketing API for ad accounts assigned to Elite Media Team’s Business Manager;
Stores that data in private database infrastructure operated by Elite Media Team;
Surfaces the data internally via dashboards used by Elite Media Team and the agency’s clients in the course of normal client reporting.

The App does not provide any external API, public interface, or end-user account system.

2. Authorized users

Access to the App and its outputs is restricted to:

Elite Media Team personnel and authorized contractors;
Clients of Elite Media Team, in respect of their own advertising accounts and data only.

No other party is granted any right of access or use.

3. Permitted use

The App and its outputs may only be used for:

Internal performance reporting and analysis;
Communication of advertising performance results between Elite Media Team and its clients;
Operational improvement of the campaigns managed by the agency.

4. Prohibited use

The App may not be used for, and Elite Media Team will not use the App to:

Access, copy, or analyze ad accounts or assets that have not been explicitly assigned to Elite Media Team’s Business Manager;
Sell, transfer, or share collected data with any third party except as expressly required to deliver client reporting to the corresponding ad-account owner;
Build derivative datasets, lookalike inferences, audiences, or any third-party-targetable artifact;
Circumvent Meta platform terms, the Meta Platform Policy, or any applicable law.

5. Data accuracy and availability

The App provides reporting on a best-effort basis. Data is fetched from the Meta Marketing API, which Meta may modify, throttle, or restrict at any time. Elite Media Team makes no warranty as to the completeness, real-time accuracy, or continuous availability of the App’s reporting.

6. Intellectual property

The application code, configurations, and infrastructure are owned by Elite Media Team.
The underlying advertising data remains the property of the corresponding ad-account owner (the client or, where applicable, Meta).
Reporting outputs delivered to a client may be used by that client for their own internal purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Media Team’s liability arising from or related to the App is limited to the fees paid by the affected client for the reporting service in the calendar month in which the relevant claim arose. In no event will Elite Media Team be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

Elite Media Team may discontinue or modify the App at any time. A client may request that data relating to its ad accounts be deleted; Elite Media Team will comply with such requests within a reasonable period.

9. Compliance with platform terms

Operation of the App is subject to and consistent with the Meta Platform Terms, the Meta Marketing API Terms, and the Meta Platform Policy in force from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these terms and Meta’s terms, Meta’s terms control with respect to data accessed via the Meta APIs.

10. Changes to these terms

Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
