EMT Reporting — Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how the EMT Reporting application (“the App”) handles data accessed via the Meta Marketing API.

Operator

The App is operated by Elite Media Team (elitemediateam.com), a marketing agency, for the purpose of internal performance reporting on advertising campaigns the agency manages on behalf of its clients.

Scope of data accessed

The App accesses the following data via the Meta Marketing API, scoped strictly to ad accounts that have been explicitly assigned to the agency’s Business Manager:

How data is used

Accessed data is stored in Elite Media Team’s private database infrastructure and is used exclusively to produce internal performance reporting (dashboards, summaries) for the agency and its clients. Data is not shared with any third party, sold, transferred, or used for advertising targeting.

Authentication

The App authenticates using a Meta system user token issued from the agency’s Business Manager. The App does not perform end-user OAuth flows. No Meta platform user is asked to log in to the App.

Data storage and security

Data retention

Performance data is retained indefinitely for historical reporting purposes. It can be deleted upon request by the corresponding ad-account owner.

The App does not request ads_management, business_management, or any permission that would allow it to create, modify, or delete advertising assets.
